Shipping & Returns

We offer free shipping for domestic buyer on most products we carry and will ship anywhere in the continental US for free!

Items are typically shipped on the same day of your order being placed (Monday to Friday excluding holidays) via USPS First-Class Mail® (1–3 Business Days domestic within USA while international delivery times vary by destination). We will send you an email notification once your order has been shipped which will include your very own tracking number, you can track the shipment at www.usps.com (Cut & Paste number into Tracking Number field for accuracy) when the event information is available.

If you don't see any tracking data for your shipment, and the estimated delivery date hasn't yet passed, please rest assured, since the package wasn't taken directly to acceptance scan at postal office, the first package scan may be upon arrival at a regional hub near the destination, this is common when shipping volume is high and packages are processed in bulk. The customs declaration number provided by USPS First-Class Mail International mail service sometimes isn't trackable, most time it just shows that your order has been shipped out from our warehouse and confirms that US postal office has received the package, or left the final USPS facility before package goes oversea.

We offer a 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee. If, for any reason, you aren't completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept your return for an exchange or refund within 30 days of the delivery date, Just make sure the packaging and product are in their original purchase condition or in the condition as they were received, and all in-box bundled accessories are included when you send them back. If packaging is incomplete or anything is missing from bundled accessories when you return it, we won't be able to issue a full refund. We will issue the refund within 7 days of receiving the product at our warehouse.

After 30 day, the damage will be considered normal wear and tear, for personal hygiene products such as headphones, earphones or replacement ear tips etc. we will no longer take the return for refund, but will consider to replace it based on how long you use and what condition of item you returned.

If you need to make a return just email service@eardio.com and we will conform you back with instruction of return process and make note that way when we get it back, we'll know it was from you.

Once we receive your items, we'll process your return and issue a refund to your original form of payment, usually within two business days. We'll send you an email to let you know we've issued the refund - it may take up to 10 additional days for the funds to show in your account if your original payment wasn't directly from your PayPal balance. And if you paid with your PayPal balance, you can usually access your refund within 24 hours after we issue it (you can check your balane online in your PayPal account).
