Domestic Shipping (United States)

Free Standard Shipping – We are proud to offer free ground shipping on most orders shipped to addresses within the contiguous United States. (Some oversized or heavy items may exclude this offer; exceptions will be noted on the product page.)

Carrier & Service: USPS Ground Advantage®
Delivery Window: 2–5 business days after shipment (contiguous U.S.). Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories may require additional transit time.

Order Processing: We strive to ship all in-stock orders placed before 5pm CST on business days (Monday–Friday) within 1 business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Tracking: As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation containing a tracking number and a direct link to USPS.com for real-time updates.

International Shipping

We ship internationally to select countries. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination, using First-Class Package International Service® or other applicable USPS international services.

Delivery Time: Typically 7–14 business days, depending on the destination country, customs processing, and local postal service.

Tracking & Customs: International shipments include a customs declaration number that provides limited tracking. You will typically see updates indicating when the package leaves the U.S. and, in some cases, when it arrives in the destination country. Please note that USPS hands off the package to the destination country’s local postal service for final delivery, after which tracking updates may be limited.

Customs & Duties: International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs brokerage fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your shipping cost. Customs policies vary widely; we recommend contacting your local customs office for more information.

Tracking Tips & Common Questions

It is common for USPS shipments to not receive an initial “acceptance” scan when dropped off in bulk. Your first tracking update may occur when the package arrives at a regional sorting facility near its destination. This is normal and does not indicate a delay.

Once your package leaves the U.S., tracking updates depend on the destination country’s postal service. Some international carriers provide limited or no online tracking beyond U.S. departure.

We want you to love your audio gear. That is why we offer a 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee on most items purchased from EarDio.com

Within 60 Days of Delivery:
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 60 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange.

To qualify for a full refund:

  • Items must be returned in original condition (unused or in the same condition as received).

  • All original packaging and included accessories (cables, tips, cases, etc.) must be included.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Refund Processing:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 7 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when the refund has been issued. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the funds.

Hygiene Products & Final Sale Items

Due to health and hygiene considerations, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned unless defective upon arrival:

  • In-ear headphones and earbuds

  • Replacement ear tips, ear cushions, and foam pads

  • Personal hygiene accessories (cleaning kits, etc.)

If a hygiene product arrives defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will address the issue promptly.

After 60 Days: Normal Wear & Tear

After 60 days, product deterioration due to normal use (worn ear pads, frayed cables, battery degradation, etc.) is considered normal wear and tear and is not eligible for return or refund.

However, we understand that issues can sometimes arise after extended use. Please contact us—we will review your situation and may offer:

  • A replacement part at a reduced cost

  • A courtesy replacement depending on the item’s age, condition, and usage history

We treat each case fairly and will do our best to help.

How to Make a Return

  1. Email Us First: To initiate a return, please contact us at service@eardio.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Receive Confirmation: We will respond within 1 business day with return instructions and a return authorization.

  3. Ship Your Item: Carefully package the item(s) in original condition with all accessories included. Ship to the address provided in our instructions.

  4. Refund Issued: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 7 business days and send you a confirmation email.

Important: Returns sent without prior authorization may be delayed or refused.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at service@eardio.com. Include your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund, including return shipping costs if applicable.

Exchanges

To exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, simply follow the return process above and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures the fastest possible delivery of your replacement.
